What “one phone call” means: one authorised outbound call attempt with a recorded outcome, not a guaranteed live conversation. Letters are standard non-solicitor commercial demands by post. All steps are subject to accuracy checks, fairness, the creditor's authority and a suitable account assessment. Packages are not an entitlement to enforcement action.

* Commission: The Complete package proposes a recovery commission starting from 1%, but the actual rate is negotiable and only applies if expressly agreed in writing. Commission is based on verified attributable payments received, not promises to pay. No commission or collection cost is automatically charged to the debtor. All prices exclude VAT where applicable and are indicative pre-launch proposals.
Other commercial fee structures by quotation
Avencrest may consider case-volume discounts, tailored outsourced credit-control services, white-label recovery assignments and hybrid contracts combining activity fees with commission. A success-only or enhanced aged-debt commission arrangement would require separate risk review and a signed agreement; it is not an unconditional published offer.
- Repeat letters or visits: additional activity is billed only where it is instructed and approved; an included bundle step should not be charged again.
- Payment-plan monitoring: scope, reporting and any continuing fee would be set out in a separate proposal.
- Large portfolios: workflow, volumes, data-processing arrangements and collection attribution influence pricing.
- Debtor charges: collection fees are normally payable by the creditor; no automatic debtor surcharge is created by an Avencrest package.

OUR DELIVERY MODEL
How each instruction works
STEP / 01Verify the account
Agree the instructed package and authority; check invoices, debtor status, payment history, disputes and appropriate contact details.
STEP / 02Phone + email
Make the approved call attempt, issue one standard reminder, record contact and flag genuine issues to the creditor.
STEP / 03Add a posted letter
Where the Standard or Complete package is appropriate, issue a clear commercial collection letter after account checks.
STEP / 04Visit when appropriate
Complete includes one authorised commercial-premise visit, subject to risk and suitability assessment. No bailiff or enforcement powers.
STEP / 05Report the outcome
Record attempted contacts, replies, payment arrangements, disputes and next actions. The creditor receives a documented summary.
STEP / 06Protect information
Use secure systems, approved staff, documented data-handling terms and appropriate restrictions on subcontractors.
A credit-control operation built to scale
We propose a centralised, dedicated collections desk with trained UK-based operators. Carefully vetted freelance support may be used only with appropriate instructions, confidentiality, supervision and required creditor authorisation for subprocessors. This is a proposed service, not a claim of a currently operating call centre.
Solicitor services
Ordinary commercial collection correspondence can be prepared in-house. Genuine solicitor-branded letters require separate instruction to an authorised law firm. No solicitor partnership is yet in place.
Responsible scope
Initial intended scope is ordinary B2B commercial invoices, subject to a debt-type and regulatory review before acceptance. Consumer credit, individual/sole-trader debts and litigated matters require specific assessment.
