ABOUT AVENCREST
A considered approach to commercial credit.
Avencrest Credit Services is being developed as a UK business-to-business debt recovery and credit-control proposition, with an initial East Midlands focus.
PURPOSE
We are designing a clear collection journey: understand each invoice, make appropriate contact, escalate only under the creditor's authority and give practical reporting of what happened.
What the proposition covers
The planned offer includes one-off commercial debt recovery packages, individual calls, email follow-ups, ordinary non-solicitor demand letters, suitable field visits, outsourced credit-control programmes and subcontracted support to established collection businesses. The proposed £19, £39 and £149 account packages are outlined on the pricing page.
Why documentation matters
Debt collection should begin with the right legal debtor, credible invoice history, accurate figures and clear handling of disputes. Good reporting reduces unnecessary contact and gives finance teams useful information for their own accounting and decisions.
Delivery and geography
The initial base and focus is the East Midlands. Future remote collection and regional field capacity would be developed according to actual client demand, staff availability, safeguards and insurance; wider coverage is an ambition rather than a present guarantee.
How our public claims are verified
Before live launch we intend to publish the verified trading entity, operating address, approved contact channels, accurate service coverage, complaints process and appropriate regulatory information. Customer stories, recoveries, accreditations, named team members and testimonials will be published only where documentary evidence and permission exist.
Avencrest does not claim to have collected the figures shown in the illustrative reporting examples. Those examples are deliberately fictional.
Current company status
This is a pre-launch service concept. Avencrest is not claiming an incorporated company status, signed clients, recovered amounts, active field network, qualified in-house solicitors, existing call centre, regulatory authorisations or independently verified customer testimonials. Full registered company and contact details will appear only after they are established and verified.
